Pricing
Our goal is to furnish competitive pricing for website design and any other graphic work. We'd love the opportunity to quote you on any project.

Payment
We gladly accept payment by PayPal (credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), checks, money orders or cash.

Credit Cards

T-Shirts & Headwear

Normal Delivery: 10-15 working days from receipt of order.

All shipments f.o.b. North Carolina.

C.O.D. Shipments: Not Available.

Split Shipments: Not Available.

Claims: Must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. If a remake is necessary, product must be returned for credit.

Rush Service: Less than 10 working days - $25.00. We will make every effort to meet your delivery dates or special events; however, we will not be responsible for any reason should a delivery date not be met.

Phone Orders: Must be confirmed in writing, by email or FAX.

Product Availability: All orders for products are subject to availability. We assume no liability for nonfulfillment caused by inability to obtain material, embargoes, strikes and or any other causes beyond our control.

Re-Orders: State most recent purchase order number and customer’s ad copy.

Contract printing available (you furnish merchandise, we print). We will not be responsible for any garments or headwear sent to us.

Submitting Artwork for T-shirts
You can submit your artwork directly to us, avoiding costly postal fees and mail delays. We are Macintosh platform; however, whether you are Mac or PC based, we are able to accept your Graphics files if you meet the requirements listed below. NOTE: Black & White art only, color separated or easily separated by us.
  • DO NOT SEND Corel, Quark, MS Word, Pagemaker or Power Point files.
  • DO NOT SEND jpg or gif files, they are not acceptable for reproduction.
  • SUPPORT FILES: Include all placed images (such as TIFFs) if they are used.
  • FONTS: All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves.
  • COMPRESSION: Please use Stuffit if possible to reduce file size.
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS FOR MAC USERS

MAC SOFTWARE: Freehand 10 or lower, Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or lower, Photoshop 6.0 or lower. Scans must be at least 300 dpi at 100% of imprint size.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS FOR PC USERS
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files sometimes work accross platforms.
Remember to save your art as Macintosh files and convert all fonts to outlines or curves. When sending your artwork to us by email, it is very important that you include the following information in the message area:
  • COMPANY NAME, YOUR NAME and PHONE NUMBER
  • ITEM TO BE IMPRINTED
  • NAME OF PROGRAM USED TO CREATE ART

Please Fax or Mail your purchase order and a Hard Copy of the Artwork for verification to us.
